Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-02

Acceptance

By accessing this site or using the Party Games app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Waitlist and launch access

This landing page is for product updates and waitlist signup only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app. Launch access may be distributed in invitation waves at our sole discretion. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive launch-related messages through your selected channel.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Content moderation

User-generated content — including display names chosen in the app — must comply with the acceptable use rules above. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all user content but may do so at our discretion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and requesting removal from the waitlist. Sections covering liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, those laws continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
